Rigsheet

Stop underquoting. Stop eating no-shows.

Rigsheet is job management for people who own one van. Scheduling with drive-time gaps, quotes with vehicle-size and home-size multipliers so you stop underquoting, deposits that cut no-shows, invoicing, and on-my-way texting — at $19/month Solo and $39/month Pro, flat. No per-user fee. No appointment cap. Native iOS and Android, covering both detailing and cleaning.

It is in development and not yet released. Everything on this site is free right now and works regardless: a pricing calculator that builds a floor from your costs, and guides on the three things that actually decide whether a small service business makes money — pricing, deposits, and what your software charges you as you grow.

The three problems this is built around

You are underquoting the biggest jobs. SUVs and MPVs are around 41 percent of detailing volume, and most price lists have no size multiplier — so the most common job is the one you systematically lose money on. Cleaning has the same problem in a different shape: square footage, bathrooms and condition drive the time, and a flat per-visit rate ignores all three.

You are eating no-shows you could have prevented. Mobile-detailing software vendors consistently report 15–25 percent no-show and cancellation rates without deposits, falling under 5 percent with deposits plus reminders. Those are vendor figures rather than independent research, but they match what operators describe, and even the conservative end is thousands of dollars a year.

Your software bill grows every time you hire. This is the loudest complaint in the cleaning trade and it is entirely structural — "the tools that charge per user or per seat climb with every cleaner you add." Jobber is around $129/month plus $29 per extra user. Housecall Pro's real entry tier is around $149/month plus $35 per extra user. ZenMaid layers $4–24 per seat on top of its tier. A four-person cleaning business is paying a per-head tax on growth. The arithmetic.

What Rigsheet does about them

What we will not claim

$19 is not a unique price. ZenMaid's Starter tier is also $19/month. The defensible difference is shape — ZenMaid Starter caps you at 40 appointments a month and adds a per-seat fee, and Rigsheet does neither.

Unlimited users is not category-unique. Urable includes unlimited users on every tier. Against Jobber and Housecall Pro the seat-fee difference is genuinely large and fully verifiable from their own pricing pages; against Urable it is not a differentiator at all.

We are not the cheapest, the biggest, or shipping. Jobber and Housecall Pro are more capable products with years of hardening behind them. QuoteIQ has 4,100+ reviews at 4.7★ and we have none. The honest comparison, including where each competitor wins.

How this site is written

Competitor pricing comes from each vendor's own pricing page and is dated. Where a figure could not be verified at source — DetailPilot's client-side-rendered pricing page, DetailDeck's 404ing /pricing — no number is published at all, because these are small companies whose founders read everything written about them and an unverified price is a correction waiting to happen. Vendor-sourced statistics are labelled as vendor-sourced.

Questions and answers

What is Rigsheet?

Rigsheet is job management software for solo and small-crew mobile auto detailers and residential cleaners - scheduling, quoting, deposits, invoicing and customer texting - at 19 dollars a month flat with no per-user fee and no appointment cap. It is in development from Baker Ventures LLC.

How much does Rigsheet cost?

19 dollars a month for Solo and 39 dollars a month for Pro, flat, with no per-seat charge. That is not a unique entry price - ZenMaid Starter is also 19 dollars - but ZenMaid Starter caps you at 40 appointments a month and adds a per-seat fee, and Rigsheet does neither.

Does Rigsheet work for both detailing and cleaning?

Yes, and that combination is unusual. Urable and DetailDeck are detailing-only, ZenMaid and BookingKoala are cleaning-only, and Jobber and Housecall Pro cover everything generically without vehicle-size or home-size pricing. Rigsheet ships trade-specific defaults for both.

What makes Rigsheet different from Jobber?

Price shape and trade specificity. Jobber's realistic tier is around 129 dollars a month plus 29 dollars per extra user; Rigsheet is 19 or 39 dollars flat. Jobber is a generic field-service platform; Rigsheet ships vehicle-size and home-size pricing multipliers, drive-time gaps and per-service deposit rules out of the box.

Is Rigsheet available now?

No. Rigsheet is in development. The pricing calculator and every guide on this site are free right now, require no signup, and are useful whether or not the app ships.
